In fact, lower-impact activities, such as walking and swimming, are ideal ways to strengthen your back, and most importantly, reduce your pain. In addition to exercise, working with one of our spine therapy specialists, credentialed in the McKenzie Method®, may also be needed to relieve your back or neck pain.
